I know that fear, procrastination and overwhelm can be a distant memory. I've been there!

I once caught myself procrastinating on writing a workshop on procrastination - not even kidding!

I love a to-do list, I'm one of those people that will add an item that I've already done just to cross it off and feel good about it.

I was also a self-confessed procrastinator. Either full on and exhausted or watching funny cat videos on FB to avoid the never ending to-do list. Uninspired, and a distinct lack of motivation.

Then I figured it out. How to get the balance, how to do the things I really wanted, create that life that I'd been putting off for years. And how to do it all without burnout and enjoy it!
